🌸 DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?
Absolutely not!
This course has been created for complete beginners.
We'll start with the very basics and gradually build your skills throughout the 14 weeks.
You don't need to be naturally artistic or have any previous floristry training.
All you need is an interest in flowers and a willingness to have a go.
✂️ WHAT DO I NEED?
You'll need some basic florist tools and fresh flowers for the workshops.
We will provide you with a materials list so you know exactly what you need for each week.
You don't need to buy everything at once.
Fresh flowers and materials are not included in the £350 course fee, allowing you to choose flowers that are available locally and work within your own budget.
Where possible, we'll give you alternatives so you don't have to find exactly the same flower varieties we are using.
💻 HOW DOES THE ONLINE COURSE WORK?
Every Wednesday from 1pm–2pm, you'll join us live online.
Each session includes:
5 minutes — Welcome & recap
10 minutes — Introduction to the week's technique
15 minutes — Live demonstration
22 minutes — Create your design with us
5 minutes — Show & feedback
3 minutes — Practice challenge & preparation for next week
You'll have the rest of the week to practise your new skills before our next live session.

Are flowers included?
No. Fresh flowers and materials are purchased separately. You'll receive a materials list for each workshop.

Yes. You'll receive the Floristry From Scratch Student Workbook to use throughout the course.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Is the course suitable if I've never arranged flowers before?
Yes! That's exactly who the course is designed for.
Can I ask questions during the classes?
Yes. The workshops are live, so you'll be able to ask questions and receive guidance while you work.

How Your Booking Works
Once you have booked and paid £350 for the Floristry From Scratch course through the Cream & Browns Florist website, your place on the 14-week course will be reserved.
After payment
You will receive a booking confirmation email containing:
✓ Confirmation of your place on the course
✓ The course start date — Wednesday 7th October 2026
✓ Class time — 1pm–2pm every Wednesday
✓ Information about how to join your live online workshops
✓ Details of what you need for your first class
✓ Your materials list and preparation information
Your online class joining information will be sent to you by email before the first workshop.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see your confirmation email.
If you have not received your confirmation or joining information, please contact Cream & Browns Florist before the first class so we can make sure you have everything you need.
💻 JOINING YOUR LIVE ONLINE CLASS
The course consists of 14 live online workshops, held every Wednesday from 1pm–2pm, starting Wednesday 7th October 2026.
Your joining instructions/link will be provided by email.
Please try to join a few minutes before 1pm so you are ready to begin when the class starts.
You will need:
- A reliable internet connection
- A computer, laptop or tablet with a camera
- Your floristry tools and materials
- A suitable workspace
- Your fresh flowers prepared as instructed
We recommend positioning your camera so that your tutor can see your hands and your work area during the practical parts of the class.
🌷 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
Cancelling your course place
As this is a live online course with a limited number of places, bookings are made for the full 14-week course.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Cream & Browns Florist as soon as possible.
Any cancellation and refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and our full terms and conditions.
Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
Unable to attend an individual class?
If you cannot attend one of the weekly live workshops, please let us know where possible.
Unfortunately, missing an individual class does not normally entitle you to a refund or reduction in the course price, as your place remains reserved for the full course.
You will still be able to continue with the following week's workshop.
If Cream & Browns Florist needs to cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop, we will contact you using the email address provided at booking and provide details of the alternative arrangements.
