All our deliveries are hand delivered by a driver not an uncaring courier. Therefore, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the driver will try to leave with a next door neighbour and place a card through the letter box notifying the recipient there is a flower delivery next door. If no neighbours are available, the arrangement will be taken back to the florist with a card placed in the letter box asking them to get in touch to arrange another delivery. We are all individual florists. So there will be no frustrating automated calls when trying to rearrange delivery.
Once delivered we cannot be held responsible for the condition, care or vase life of any product
We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.
Cream & Browns cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery driver .
